Assist the Account Manager in client accounts, receive PO, filing, booking, communicate with other plant managers.
Update vessel cut off and google sheets.
Request realistic bookings based on customer's contract and shipment schedule.
Need to know all shipping line's website, how to book.
Training on sight.
Place bookings into Darland system and send new bookings to other facilities.
Learn and well use Darland system.
Send updated shipment to the customer before and after, inform customer booking status.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
Based on shipping lines cut off and production capability, closely monitor booking fulfillment, and contact shipping line to roll or cancel.
Update the system, all the paperwork and inform facilities.
Everyday tasks:
Assist Manger to meet the daily task Bookings - Request, Input, roll, update Update vessel schedules - require knowing all ports access and how to read information Checking booking validation - know all shipping line website and checking Sent booking summary to customer after we received order, must make sure correct price, packing tyle, commodity, payment term, etc.
Production checking- right customer, packing, correct hay, container Updates google sheets Compare ocean Freight and DT, DM to determine which shipping line to use Prompt order or Roll booking cut off within one week, must submit AES Sent finished booking to customer, inform booking status.
