Provide general assistance, answer questions regarding benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, selection, and related human resources services to employees; advise applicants regarding recruitment activities and processes, assist employees in completing general human resources forms and documents; process confidential and sensitive personnel data, applicant data, and related information.
Create, post and track recruitment advertisements or brochures; research costs and receive quotes and bids on ad placement.
Provide general clerical assistance and administrative support to Administrative Services Department; coordinate and prepare materials and set-up meeting sites for HR or Administrative Services events.
Act as receptionist; receive, screen, and direct calls; provide information regarding Administrative Services and HR services to the general public.
Qualifications:
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade Coursework or training in human resources or a related field One year administrative and human resources related experience.
